honestly it could be a hoop just real small, or all I can think of is like a moderation of the fishhook, I'm trying to find one like that since I don't like the corkscrew stud i have in now ><

it could be a segment ring or a cbr ...i don't know though that is what it looks like to me (also posibly be a septum retainer even though i don't know why she would where one there even though it kinda of looks lik it)
