  1. anywhere in the carribean. They take the right to bear arms very seriously and it is not even in their constitutions. I know darling. Everybody in Dominican Republic owns at least one gun. I aint lying.My Jamaican relatives also say the same thing. It is pretty lax which explains some of the crime rate too.
