Bonuses for service in the Guard are extremely limited.  The vast majority of them are limited to enlistment on extended active duty in the Regular Army.  Here's an old list:  http://usmilitary.about.com/library/mili...  For current bonuses, speak to an Army recruiter.  The list of  MOSs with bonuses changes rapidly with the needs of the Army and what offers the big bucks today may not be available next week.
