Question:

What Makes A Great Green Community Manager?

We launched a private, members-only online community for corporate sustainability professionals and it has grown large enough in terms of membership that we've decided to hire a Community Manager (http://www.virid.us/blog/). Our members are pretty senior folks generally for large companies. So here's the debate we're having: what's more important: someone with online community expertise or someone with an environmental background. Obviously the ideal is both, but if you have to pick one or the other, what would you say is more important?
