What Makes Your Foot Fall Asleep?

Question

What makes your foot, leg, hand, ect. "fall asleep". I know if you dont move it in a while it will fall asleep, but what makes it feel that way?

Why does it happen?

What makes it feel that way?

Why does it hurt when you move?

Please help i want to know ^^

Lack of blood circulation.  It is not a problem.  The pain you feel when you move is due to the blood circulation returning.
