  1. We use up a lot of energy running

to build up stamina you need to train and run make yourself run longer distances and keep working on it but don't push yourself to hard though ;)

  2. You get tired when running because it uses your muscles, and burns oxygen. That makes you breathe harder because your body is craving more oxygen. In order to build stamina, keep running everyday for about at least an hour a day, and your body will become used to it, thus, building your stamina/endurance.

  3. running uses energy !

    loss of energy means fatigue.

    fatigue means being tired.

hill repeats are really hard but if you keep up with running on them, when you run on the track it'll be easier because your muscles with have  more stength.

just challenge yourself every time you run, but now too much because then you're just wearing yourself out.

after a while, you'll be stronger, so it takes time to build stamina.

  4. It's basically lactic acid which builds up in your muscles and forces you to slow down. It's caused by anaerobic exercise, which running can become if you run very fast (sprinters). There's a so-called lactose threshold below which people run aerobically, and above it they run it anaerobically.

  5. you have to practice so your body will get used to the exercise
