What Marinas/Good Anchorages Are There in St. John's, Canada?

There is a Yacht Club, just between Manuals and Foxtrap.  That's about 20 minutes drive outside of St. John's.  You go straight out Kenmount Road, until you get to the Trans Canada Highway.  Drive on that for about 2 minutes and then take the Manuals Access Highway for about 5 minutes until you get to Manuals.  Then you drive through to the far end until you almost get to Foxtrap.  It'll be on your right on Greensleeve Road.
