I saw a review on a TV show for a Japanese movie that the reviewer said was a "Japanese Xmen" meets kungfu hustle, any ideas? I think the review was on G4, I dont remember

I think the movie you want is called Shinobi: Heart Under Blade. There is more than one Shinobi so make sure its the right one. It's an amazing movie it did get a lot of comparsions to x-men even though the story it is based on is wayyyyy older than any x men stuff.
