What NBA teams do you expect to be a lock for the top 13 picks in the lottery this season?

  1. There are 14 lottery picks, and there has to be 7 teams from the East and 7 teams from the West.  This might not be the order they draft in (the lottery balls always have a surprise move up) but will be the order in record from worst to best IMHO:

    OKC Thunder

    Mem. Grizzlies

    NJ Nets

    NY Knicks

    Indiana Pacers

    Mil. Bucks

    Min. T-Wolves

    Cha. Bobcats

    GS Warriors

    Chi. Bulls

    Sac. Kings

    LA Clippers

    Atl. Hawks

    Den. Nuggets

    That was hard.  I'm not sure I even agree with order of my own list, though I think I have teams pretty close.
