As far as knowledge of the game and the history of their team? I think it would have to be either bear fans or steeler fans because their franchises are pretty historic, agree?

  1. Most smartest???? ok, well I would have to say San Francisco

  2. Fans of historic franchises are the smartest fans, huh?

Well then, you must be a Houston Texan fan then.

Everyone knows that Oakland Raider fans are the smartest and that Packer, Cowboy, and Charger fans are complete f****ng morons.

  3. The Redskins.  Most politicians are Redskins fans.

  4. Bills fans are the smartest! we understand more about the world of football than fans of other stupid teams!

  5. it's not your teams fans. " Most smartest" ?????

  6. Green Bay Packers.

They support their players no matter what.

  7. <-----------

look there and u'll find the team

  8. I would agree that it would be the Steelers.  They also have the smartest women fans in the NFL.

  9. Dolphins! Go Florida!

  10. All football fans are intelligent because it is a highly strategic game of human chess. If you ever go to a game listen to the fans in the stands. Alot of times they may know more about what the team should do instead of the coaching staff. Also, you have to understand each team is a representation of the city it resides in. For instance...the Oakland Raiders. Everyone and their mother knows the fans of this team are fanatical blue collar spectators that will support this team through the thick and the thin. Miami Dolphin fans are highly critical and analytical and sometimes fickle and are quick to turn their back on a losing season team.

  11. Actually, your question should be:

"What NFL team has the smartest fans?"

As far as knowing their team's statistics, I would say that has to belong to the Packers, Bears, or Steelers.  The Packers and Bears have a very storied history.  At the same time, they also have a rivalry between the two teams.  My top pick would be the Packers.  The fans have to be into it when the city owns the team and they pack out the stadium with almost every person in the town.

  12. Each team has fans that know the game and their teams history pretty well. I'd go with an expansion team, though. The Jags, Panthers, Ravens, Titans, or Texans. Mainly because their history is short and many of their fans have been around to witness their entire history. Bears fans and Steelers fans, not so much. Alot of fans in both of those fan bases were in diapers when those teams were at their greatest because they have been around for so long.

  13. Steelers fans are the best.  They are passionate about their team and know most of the history and players.

  14. Dallas Cowboys Top them All!!

    *Most ProBowl Player Selections (13)

*Most appearances in a Super Bowl (8)

*Three way tie for most wins in the Super Bowl (5)

*Most wins on Monday night Football (40)

*Most appearances in the NFC Championship game (14)

*The Cowboys' streak of 160 sold-out regular and post-season games included 79 straight sellouts at their home, Texas Stadium, and 81 straight sell-outs on the road.

*Cowboys are the most valuable football franchise in the world, with an estimated value of $1.5 billion.

*They are also one of the wealthiest teams in the NFL, generating almost $250 million in annual revenue.

*Most consecutive winning seasons (20, from 1966 to 1985)

*Most seasons with at least 10 wins (24)

*The team has earned the most postseason appearances (28, which includes another league record of 55 postseason games, winning 32 of them)

*The Cowboys became the first team in NFL history to win 3 Super Bowls in just 4 years. (Also the only other team to do that is the Pats)

*First Team to have a Leading Rusher got to The Super Bowl

*First Team to Go 0-2 and Go To the SuperBowl

*Only Team to Be in 5 Super Bowls in 8 Years. 72-79

  15. A single franchise's history doesn't have anything to do with fans being knowledgeable about the entire history of the game. Nothing personal, but who do you think is likely to have a better understanding of football history, a 14 year old Bears or Steelers fan, or a 35 year old Texans fan who used to be an Oilers fan?
