What NHL team should I like?

Question

My Family have been casual Redwings fans, and one of my friends likes the Redwings, but I don't want to seem like a bandwagon jumper. I like other cultures, so I'm thinking of liking the Canadiens. I want to like a team north of St. Louis, so no crappy southern teams.

If you like hockey where a team hits alot and goalies make outstanding saves you should check out the calgary flames. Also there captain Jarome Iginla is one of the 5 best players in the world

chicago blackhawks!! they are something to look forward with young talent on the way. they are definatly fun to watch

you should be a fan of the team closest to you. a team where you can get alot of games on TV.

if you want to choose... look towards washington... the capitals have had an amazing last half of the season, they have alex ovechkin, and pretty good goal-tending.

in a couple of years, they'll be the team to beat.

if you want a western team that you can cheer for while they are playing the redwings, consider chicago or nashville.

chicago is the team that has given detroit the hardest time all year... they have a bunch of young talent and will be playoff contenders very soon.

nashville plays with more heart than any other team i've ever seen... they did a great job of making the playoffs with no big names.

personally, i'm a wing's fan... i've been a wing's fan my whole life, and i think that you should stay true to the winged-wheel.

Speaking of the Canadiens and CANADA, support the Vancouver Canucks! We will soon be hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics! Not to mention the Stanley cup! (umm, hopefully sometime soon in the future)

if you just chose and team you will be a bandwagoner no matter what. if you like the wings, i dont consider that being a bonwagoner because if your family likes them, you can go along with it too.
