I was recently diagnosed with OCD(severe case) by my psychologist. He has to refer me to a psychiatrist because nobody at his office does meds. My question is what meds will I most likely be put on?

  1. Anafranil, Prozac, Luvox, Zoloft, Paxil and Celxa are FDA approved medications for OCD.

However, your doctor will know what would hopefully help YOU and your unique situation best. That being said, these aren't the ONLY medications that can help.

I have OCD and I am on Wellbutrin-SR. This medication controls my depression and OCD.

Also, check out the book "Brain Lock" it will really help you learn about your disorder and offers great tips/suggestions.
