I like ultimate bet for the most part.  I really like how the sit n gos have random table assignments which makes it harder for people to collude with each other.  The only thing I don't like is that in a tournament there is a period where they consolidate a bunch of tables at once and the game stops for a couple minutes.

I prefer sites with lots of traffic so I know my preferred game has a few tables running when I decide to play.  I also like sites that accept ePassporte.  For this, I'd recommend Ultimate Bet or Doyle's Room.  There are reviews and bonus codes for each at http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm

Bodog is really great. Pkr is good, but it is 700MB of size and requires lots of memory, not for my machine! I also play at Mermaid and Mansion..

Bugsy's Room, run through PokerPages and PokerSchool Online.  Smaller tournaments, less insanity in the real money games and players who, for the most part, actually seem to know what they're doing.  Plus you can redeem your frequent player points for real money at a faster rate than at most sites.  Drawbacks are smaller prize pools and not many players in the non-No Limit Holdem games.  Overall though, a pretty good site.
