"Al Gore's "traveling global warming show," the award-winning documentary "An Inconvenient Truth," includes a long flyover shot of majestic Antarctic ice shelves. But this shot was first seen in the 2004 blockbuster "The Day After Tomorrow." Sculpted from Styrofoam and later scanned into a computer, the ice shelf "flyover" looks real."

  1. Who cares.. but global warming ia a really big problem we are facing now..

  2. What about the animated polar bears!  The b*****d is trying to trick us (but we're too smart for him!)

  3. The pictures of Katrina were photoshoped to make that storm look 20% larger than it was in reality.

If "global warming" is real, why are we lied to as proof that it is real?

  4. Gore openly stated in an interview this is all perfectly acceptable.

"I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous it [global warming] is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are, and how hopeful it is that we are going to solve this crisis."

Ever watch the movie "Reefer Madness"?  It is ALSO an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous it (pot) is, in order to solve a crisis (pot use among teens).
