What PC game should I buy?

I can only buy 39.99 dollars games for the most, and it can't be either rated M or AO, also, I would not like games that needs monthly fees. Thanks for helping

Get Civ 4 its easy to pick up and play and but you can make it harder for you. great graphics and good comunitys such as CivFannatics.com

Guild Wars is fun... think Massively Multiplayer Diablo. It's a blast, and no subscription fees!
