What??? POTATOES!!!!!!?

Either diced up cold baked potatoes, fried, with melted cheese on top.  Or mashed (skins on) with garlic butter and cream cheese.

Sliced thin, and fried in bacon fat with onions.

What??? Just one.....okay.  Then, I would have to say Roasted, with a myriad of seasonings and varying types of Potatoes, to me, Roasted Potatoes go good with everything!  Second preference would be sauteed, but I digress, you didn't ask that, did you?  My favorite preparation would be White Creamier, cut in half, tossed with some melted butter, olive oil, garlic, shallots, rosemary, basil and roasted red peppers, tossed onto a half sheet pan and baked at 400 degrees for 1/2 hr.  The smell alone will make you drive to the store to buy a hearty steak and crab some Asparagus!  I hope I've inspired you today to keep experimenting with Potatoes, they are a never ending valley of possibilities!
