Super Stardust HD (psn downloadable game) is the first game that has trophies. If you haven't played it yet...you should, it's actually a good game. Warhawk also has trophies. More games in the future will have trophies, (little big planet ..etc)

Super stardust and Pixel Junk Eden from the PSN store both support them at the minute, as does Uncharted (once you download an update).

Burnout Paradise and Warhawk are both due updates within the next month or so.

A lot of new games will have them as they come out depending on the developer. I gather Bioshock, Resistance 2 are amongst those confirmed to support them.
