  1. The notion of &quot;reasonable doubt&quot; in American criminal law is a very nebulous concept.  Judges will almost never instruct juries as to what &quot;reasonable doubt&quot; is or how certain a juror must be to convict.  Some people say that 1-3% error would be &quot;reasonable doubt&quot; while others claim that you only need to be 75% sure.  I think 93% sure is a reasonable standard.  But, even with my standard, how does one claim to be 93% (as opposed to 91%) certain?  

    Sorry that there is no easy or absolute answer to this question.  


  2. 80-99% it is a serious accusation and you could ruin someones life. It is a big responsibility.
