What Punishment Do You Think I Deserve?

Alright so in our band picture last year, us three saxophone players decided to hold down on not c, which is the middle finger that makes it look like you are flipping the camera off. Well, the second day of school we got talked to. In my opinion you really can't tell what we are doing unless you really stare at the picture. What punishment do you think we diserve.

This actually happened in a local high school.

It was caught before the yearbooks were distributed. The school decided to re-print the yearbooks at a cost of several thousand dollars, with the photo deleted..   Those involved had to pay for it, working  it off, painting the school, refinishing the gym floor, etc.  and their diplomas were held back until each did their fair share of work.

I think you should be sentenced to 20 hours of community service and an additional 10 hours for incorrect spelling. I am not your school superintendent so you might be better off pleading your case with him/her.
