  1. Don't be worried about the credits you have to take, schools have guidance counselors who make sure you are on the right track.  In my high school you had to meet at least once a year w/ the counselor and sometimes parent to make sure u are taking the right classes.  They make sure you are taking enough courses and the right courses to graduate.  It only gets hard when you start to fall behind/fail-so just keep up with your work.  I  was worried about all the credits and stuff when I entered college, but they lay everything out for you at both level, so you don't have to worry about that.  Focus on being yourself and making friends and doing well.  DON'T BE SCARED, you'll do fine.  Homeschoolers are usually more indepent (doing their work on their own/on time, etc.) and focused than the average student if they have come from a good home/homeschool program.  Good luck

  2. The best advice I can give you is to stop using text message abbreviations and get used to spelling words correctly.  Schoolteachers expect correct spelling and will not look favorably on the way you're spelling now.

  3. High school is great because it's usually a much larger population.  You can get sort of lost in high school - keep your head down - learn from your classes.  Or if you want you can really shine because there's so many more opportunities like theater and a little newspaper and ball teams.  There's a zillion "clubs" to get involved in.

But the real secret is - people aren't very smart for the most part - so if you do your work and use your head, YOU are going to be the really smart guy.
