  1. probably a mig-28 but im just a guessin

  2. The Sukhoi-8.  As it was approaching the capital the Georgians had deployed numerous 20 mm AA guns close to the targets they thought would be strafed.  The low flying aircraft was decimated as it came in to kill.

  3. Official russian headqurters:

    "We've lost Su-25 and Tu-22"

Both are russian supersonic bombers, but old models - about 30 years old...

    And by the way:

    1) Mig don't have model, numbered as 28. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiG )

    2) Su-47 is an experimental model and is not used in figths for now ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-4... )

  4. georgia has droped not 2 but now already 11 or 12 aircrafts and that were su 24 and tu22 mostly as I know....

even the pilots were arrested and they say that don't remeber what they were doing and what they were ordered to do in the air of georgian cities with aircrafts and 0.5 tone bombs............

  5. I heard that it was su-47..

  6. Su-25 ("Frogfoot" on classification of NATO) - Soviet single бронированный subsonic штурмовик and Tu-22 (on classification of NATO - "Blinder") - the Soviet distant supersonic bomber.
