Just check any local halloween or costume stores in your area. Your sure to find one seeing as The Dark Knight Joker costume is so popular this year. As for the makeup once again check costume stores they usually have better more realistic makeup than the halloween stores. Also how realistic it looks really depends on how well you apply it.
