    ANALOG SCIENCE FICTION & FACT.  4 cents a word for novesls. 5-6 cents a word for novelettes. 6cents to 8 cents a word shorts under 7500 words.

    ASIMOV'S SCIENCE FICTION . Pays 5 cents to 8 cents a word for 750-15,000 words

    CENTURY  Pays 4 cents a word for 250-20,000 words

    MAGAZINE OF FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION. Pays 5 cents to 8 cents a word for 2,000-25,000 words

Most reputable ones (at least, newsstand ones) pay upon publication instead of initial receipt, or at least they did ten years ago when I was closer to the industry.  Smaller ones often pay with free copies ("pub copies") instead of payment.  The Writers Market at your local library will tell you magazine mailing addresses, constraints and pay rates.  Most give new people a fair chance -- pay attention to the constraints before mailing anything.
