What Season Would It Be In September In Nottingham(England)?

My Birthday is in September and i need to know what the weather will be like then so i know whether to have outdoors or indoors x thankyou for answering :)

It's autumn...and high temperatures are usually only around 20C (63F). So overall pretty cool, and always a decent chance for clouds rain like most of England.  I would plan an indoor party...or at least have a plan where you can easily move indoors if the weather is bad.
