What Section of a Grocery Store can I find Sour cream and chives Potato Topper?

Ok.. So the recipe says.. 1 cup sour cream-and-chive potato topper (from 12 oz containter) I've looked near salad dressings, potatos,spices,sour cream, and i just can't find it.. Does anybody know a Brand Name? Is it in cold section or what section of grocery store? I shop H-E-B or Wal-mart.. any help would be awesome!!!

dairy isle for sour cream and spice isle or produce for chives

I'd imagine it would be in the refrigerated section with the sour cream if your store carries it.  Call around to your local stores and see if any of them carry it before you go to the store.

It should be in the Dairy section with sour cream, if they carry it.

Frozen foods @ vegetables,you will find frozen chives,mix them with the sour cream,defrost chives first or your topping will be runny
