I have a seven month old Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix puppy and she has her bathroom places switched. She will go freely and comfortably in the house; on the carpet, but when we take her outside to go, she will never go outside. Recently, I caught her doing her "preparations" to go "number two" and I carried her outside, but then she acted completely frantic to come back into the house. She reacts similarly to how a trained dog acts when they want to go outside, but it's the other way around. What can I do about this annoying problem?
Also, the same puppy has a complete whining and yelping hissy fit when I go out of her sight where she can't follow me. How can I stop this? I have been using the newspaper technique, but when she sees me, she quits; paper or not.
