What Should I Do..????

I was standing outside this girls house one night and suddenly i heard some noises down the road. So i turned around and faced my camcorder where i heard the noise coming from and saw a woman getting mugged.

Should i bring the tape to the police station or what???

Yes, you definitely should. It may be better for not only you but also to inform the police about the certain activities that is happening in your society and to warn everyone else that the activity is happening in reality. But don't expose your name. Keep it safe and confidential.

it depends on if the woman was hurt or not, their is not much point otherwise because it will be alot of messing about for mabye just some stoled money

Definitely. For all you know, a complaint may have been filed. And since it was night, there weren't probably a lot of witnesses. I don't know if you can just mail it.
