Hello! Im running all out of ideas for a healthy eating SCHEDULE!

I Have:

- Lettuce

- Lemon

- Peppers

- Parsley

- Chicken

- Chick Peas

- Spices

- Cheese Spread

- Crackers (saltines)

- Cheedar Cheese

- Eggs

- A Little Whole Wheat Toast

- Butter

- Olives

- Tomatoes

- Idaho Potatoes

- Onions

- White Rice

- Garlic

Thats About All I Have Right Now.

Heres My Question I Want Answered:

- What Can I make tomorrow to eat for LUNCH & DINNER ONLY? (I know what to eat for breakfast & for a snack!)

    EAT SALADS ALL THE h**l U WANT

    ALMONDS

    FRUITS

    VEGGIES

    NUTS

    ALL TYPES OF NUTS

    ANY MEAT

    LOW FAT MILK

    LOW FAT DAIRY AS A MATTER OF FACT


  3. If you are worried about starving while having all this food on hand you might need to see a counselor. This list looks like the making of a feast. Just eat a little of all of it.
