I am going to start running today or tomorrow, and is there anything I should know about it? What to do before and after, things I should have?

  2. Before you run, eat something small. A sandwiche or something. After running, eat something healthy. Steamed vegetables and stuff.

  3. You should drink lots of water, do stretching and don't just do running, you should do other exercises too. After running, don't eat alot of junk food or fats, because after running or exercise, it is the time when your body absorbs and if you eat fats, your body will absorb it more that your body will normally do.

  5. stay hydrated but right before or during your run don't gulp down water; take small sips otherwise you'll get a cramp.

    also make sure you stretch and don't forget to stretch your arms.

    buy good running shoes which have good grip.

  10. It is VERY important to have a pair of good running shoes!  It is important to start out running slow, kinda like a warm up, but very important to stretch after your run.  Also, keep your self well hydrated!  Good luck and have fun!
