What Should I wear for an interview at Culvers???

Question

I don't have any money to buy clothes or shoes. The only thing I have is a shirt, jeans, and flip flops. If I look clean and neat. Is there still a chance I will get the job??? Any tips??? My job interview is tomorrow.

If this is for a waitperson job or restaurant job, then jeans and flip flops won't do. You should wear slacks or a skirt with a clean button up style shirt and sensible shoes. You will probably need to have good sturdy shoes for the job anyway. Clean and neat is important, but you should try to present a professional appearance as well. Look at what others in the restaurant wear for work, and dress more like they do. If the place is more casual, or you are applying for a bartender or cocktail server, then you might be able to get away with jeans and flip flops, but I would be more conservative and professional.

It really depends on the hiring manager and how desperate they are for help. I would try to borrow something from a friend to wear. Flip flops aren't going to cut it for a food service job- it's against health code in most areas. Plus, you're trying to impress someone at an interview. You should dress better at the interview than you would every day if you were working there. I would say at least try some khakis (or slacks) and closed-toe shoes with a decent shirt.

It all depends on what kind of flip flops ok don't worry well if u have any kind of Polo **** were it if u have black flip flop they will match with anything lol but get lots of rest don't look like u were up all night worried don't get nervous about what u are wearing they can don't judge you if u r not actually working but good luck remember to smile and were ur hair down and make sure u brush ur teeth lol
