  1. there are many good brands to choose from and it has alot to do with personal prefrance so ill just name some top, strong, dependable brands that you cant try and figure out what is most comfortable to you

    griptape: mob, blackmagic

deck: almost, zero, mystery, plan b

    trucks: tensor, independant, venture

    wheels: bones, spitfire, rictas

    bearings: bones

the width of ur deck depends on ur skill, if u are just starting or have a few simple tricks down then a wider board like 7.8-8.0 would be a good choice since it provides more balance and control, but if ur starting flip tricks then a 7.5-7.8 would be better cuz itll flip easier.

and i didnt name any hardware brands because it really doesnt matter at all

  2. ok for beginners i suggest:

DECK: world industries, mini logo, blanks   fairly good quality for a  price, especially mini logo

TRUCKS: well u cant any decent ones for really cheap so ur gonna have to go with destructo, ensor or independents.

WHEELS: for around 15 bucks u can get some decent wheels from Blank.

BEARINGS: lots of bearings under $10, too many to name  just search on  www.blackholeboards.com
