Respiratory Therapy, unfortunately there are a lot of people out there with lung problems and I do not see it getting better in the near future  so this would be a very good field to get into where there is a lot of demand.

Sit down and write a list of pros and cons of each one.  How long is the schooling, how much will you make, what parts of each job do you think you would like or dislike, where would you work, what hours would you work, etc.  Then go from there.  Another thing you can do is try to talk to people who work in each field and ask them what they like about the job, what they dislike, would they recommend the job to someone, etc.
