  1. Well, it depends what you're gonna be doing with them. For an all around ski, which I get the sense is what you want, I would go with a 150-155cm ski. A good way to measure is stand the ski up straight, and it should come up to somewhere between your chin and forehead. A little longer if you're more advanced, a little shorter if you're less experienced. Also, if you're thinking of making longer turns, go with a longer ski. Shorter radius turns, go with a shorter ski

  2. it depends how good you are probably around a 155-160 i'd go with a silencer, fujative, or public enemy, which are all skis made by K2. It all depends how much you want to pay. You can get silencers for around 250-300 dollars brand new!!!!!!!!

  3. probably a 150 or so its a little short but then you can easily handle them because of their smaller size. for cheap wise...it's gonna be hard because skis are expensive. Try some ones used skis. But also the volkl attivas are a womens ski and are cheaper then men's ...

  4. A lot will depend on your weight and how long you plan on keeping the skis.  If you are just starting out, I wouldn't get to hung up on brands, as you will likely have to get new ones in a couple of years.

They are just to many unknowns here to give a good recommendation.  One thing I can tell you is do NOT go to a general sporting good store (Dunham's, Sports Mart, etc).  Go to a dedicated ski shop with trained personnel.

  5. dunno g 2o a shop
