Bill wrote reden. Tom did write Black, and he also co-wrote MONSOON and READY, SET, GO.

He (along with Gustav and George of course!) creates the tune and beat for the songs.

yeah he didn't write Reden, Bill wrote it about Tom and his relationships.

he wrote Black and co-wrote Ready Set Go i believe. i know Bill is the big lyric writer and Tom sometimes co-writes. but Black is his major one.
