I really want to move to soya milk, but cant find any that dont curdle, also i hate the look of some of them, they look like dirty dish water.lol.

I shop in Tesco`s, Asda`s and Sainsbury`s if that helps in u.k.

Health shop is a pain to get to.

we have holland and barrets, but they are way expensive,so if i can get some in supermarket that would be better. :)

  1. You could always do the brave thing and leave out the milk altogether. Drinks taste just fine without it.

  2. Try almond milk.  That is yum AND it's the healthiest milk going.  You can even make it yourself with a little effort.

  3. Ann, I've tried Alpro unsweetened soya milk a couple of times in my coffee and it didn't curdle but it makes it taste like a mocha which isn't a totally bad thing either.

  4. I just found this website and thought you might be interested - no fuss and no extra expense!

  5. Silk works wonderfully. Silk also makes a heavier cream type version thats all soy, it never curdles even when I steam it.

  6. I've used several brands of store bought soy milk and use it in my coffee and tea and have never had any curddling. Silk Soy is very popular here in the States - I especially  love the vanilla flavored low fat......great on cereal and oatmeal too!

The color doesn't bother me and is a natural result of the soy bean reduction- I think of it as a rich carmel based "milk".

  7. I've just bought soya powder from here:

Or you can heat soy milk in the microwave before adding it to hot drinks or let the hot drinks cool slightly and then stir it in quickly

  8. I use a wide variety of soy milks & find they never curdle in tea but do in coffee - I think it's because I leave my tea to brew for quite a while before adding the milk - I think this cools it down enough so it doesn't curdle.  It might be worth adding a tiny bit of cold water to your drinks before adding the soy milk & see if that makes a difference.

  9. I buy mine from Aldi its called soya delight or something, it hasn't curlded once.

  10. Rice milk holds up better in hot drinks.

  11. i use fat free unflavoured soy made by sanitarium

    you could try that

  12. I'm not sure where/if you can get it in the UK but Silk Soy Milk brand sells a soy milk creamer.  it is wicked good, especially in hot chocolate.

  13. I use Alpro soy milk, it never curdles in tea, and when you're making coffee, let the coffee cool slightly before adding the milk! You can get it in all the supermarkets you've mentioned! :)

  14. soya milk does not means that soya seeds gives milk.. soya milk is prepared by mixing the crushed soya seeds or water of soya beans..+ Sugars+edible color+ ingardiants... if you ut it in coffie or tea it will be create curdles....

go to market and buy soya beans nad moist it in water for some hours and them took water from seeds add some sugers.. it is good diet

  15. I put Silk in mine, and it doesn't curdle.
