I would like to know because, i have breathing problems when it is hot and humid, or just hot or humid itself. I lived in Rhode Island, no problems there. Now I´m in Florida and it´s acting up.

  1. Canada as well as locations in the Northwestern United States would be your best bet. There are places in Europe that have such climates as well. I'm not sure if you would be willing to move to a different country though.

  2. Yeah, florida is the wrong place if you dont like humidity.  Try areas like Maine, the mountains in new hampshire and vermont, michigan, minnesota, washington, montana, and even try south alaska.  Ireland and the UK dont get much below freezing, but they rarely go over 75.
