What TIME do the track and field events come on?

I want to know when the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 5k, 10k, relays, long jump, high jump....all the good stuff, i want to know when it freaking comes on. Every site I look at just tells me when the stupid programs start and I'm stuck sitting there waiting hours to see the 100.

I KNOW they know when the race is going to be, they always know when the bball games start...so can someone please tell me when the **** the 100 finals and stuff is supposed to happen, or direct me to a site that tells me.
