Setanta Sports.  It's a channel you have to order through your cable/satellite provider.  There coverage on the in home package is pretty bad.  They have misssed some games and their online schedule is constantly wrong, so the only way to see all the games live is on PPV which is pretty expensive.

Setanta has a Premium package that has all the games live but it is only available to businesses and bars so you'd need to find a bar that has it.

Sportsnet is playing all the Canada games live... but they just played their last game so thats that.  Well, they do have to play Australia but that's gonna be ugly!
