What TV number is the XM radio 156 (Oprah Soul Series)?

Question

I'd love to record this if I can, or just know which station to tune into if I'm not working when her show is on.

But, the XM numbers sre int he 800's, and her radio station is at 156.

Does anyone know which it is?

By the way, I checked out her website, and called the phone number, and did not get the info.

The Oprah channel isn't on Directv (most of the XM talk stations aren't)
