What TV station is channel 10 in Russia?

I am trying to get in contact with someone and the only information I have is that they work for TV channel 10 in Russia. Now, I have never been to Russia so I don't know how many channel 10s there are or where they are located. I also know that the city that they are from starts with the letter S, possible choices may be Samara (Самара) or Saratov(Саратов) or Smolensk(Смоленск). I am looking for some help from people that live in Russia that could tell me the exact TV station and city it is located. I think the channel # and first letter of city should be enough to narrow it down. Thank you
