What The c**p. iPod Help Is Needed.?

I am completely new at this. I just got an iPod Shuffle yesterday, and I have no idea how to do this how thing. I downloaded iTunes, and that's about as far as I've gotten. My questions are.. Where do I find songs? When I find them, what do I DO with them to get them on my iPod. Thanks.

In iTunes, go to the Store and you can buy songs for .99 each.  You have to have an account, which you set up when you register your device, and it requires a credit card.  When you buy one it goes into your Shopping Cart, in iTunes, and then you confirm you purchase.  Then it downloads.  Or if you have cd's, open iTunes, put a cd into your cd drive on your computer and it should start to download automatically.
