What Time Are Growth Hormones Released?

I'm a teenager and I was wondering if there were certain factors that would be played out in my growth spurt.

I know that growth hormones are released while you sleep, but I sleep very late but still get around 10 hours every night.

I want to know if there is a certain time period in which the growth hormone is secreted.

My parents would say it's during deep level of sleep, which is few hours into sleep, so if you don't sleep enough it can stunt your growth.
