What Time Is "Night Time" in Pokemon diamond?

I need to know for evolving my gligar, i dont want to reset my clock because i need to migrate some pokemon in a few hours..... how long will i have to wait? is it 12 midnight? or like 9pm?

Nightime on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is considered to be between the times of 8:00pm and 4:00am :)
