  1. Books and someone who you like to talk to. Talking really speeds up the time, for you and the driver. I like to read travel books out loud on the way, so we know some details about the places we're passing.

  2. Bring a pillow, and a blanket for sure, so that you can sleep.

  3. pillow. snacks. books. magazines. a camera. take pictures of weird things you see on the road

  4. camera, crossword puzzle, string to make cool friendship bracelets, pillow to sleep, lotion (give yourself a hand massage/foot massage), book on something you have always wanted to learn about, snacks, drinks, cup to pee in (incase the driver is an a**hole and wont pull over), a map is always cool (make up games like eye spy or find something that begins with each letter of the alphabet).

    Good luck and have fun.

p.s. I use to write something crazy on a piece of paper (like honk if your name begins with A or honk if you are from a state that begins with A, or honk if you were born in January, Feb, etc) and then show it to the cars passing by....go through the alphabet until you have someone honk at each letter.....haha! its fun...truck drivers are the best

  5. pillows, blankets, one thing i like for boredom on a trip is my nintendo ds, also if you can find a portable tv that would be cool too

  6. well, if you aren't the one driving, and you're old enough, BRING BEER!
