What To Do ? Stay Awake In A Test !?

I stayed up all night... I did try to get to sleep but I'm an idiot & Woke up at 14h00-14h30 I think it was 28 or somthing... well that doesn't matter it's Summer... I've been having late nights now I tried to sleep & I could't after laying there for 1 hour I got up ... & Now I week WIDE awake & alert... but I have a test later... not an important one but a test... Ahhh help =P Should I try a power nap ? or drink lot's of Coffee ??

  1. Drinking water works for me, I mean a lot of water. It's hard to sleep if you have to go to the bathroom every 2 minutes.


  2. Power naps are great, but keep it under 15 minutes. Coffee is great too. Try a red bull or other energy drink.
