What USA Embassy is slowest issuing spouse visas??

Question

I am a American citizen,married my 40 year old wife, with her two daughters 12 and 13, married in Buddist wedding april of 2006,over 200 guest over 200 photos of wedding, and travel through Cambodia, then in April of 2007 got approve d for my wife , went to us embassy in Phnom Penh Cambodia , because our Cambodain marriage papers show april 12 instead of correct date april 2/ then us consular ask my wife in WEnglish why didshe divorce. she asked him to repeat question then they put her on Administrative review, i went to senator Lugar our sr senator from Indiana, he got a response from head consular, said at interview thought 2 or 3 answers fraud/ so going through all my wifes documents to make sure legal, which by the way are/ had translated also into English. NOTARIZED ALSO letter, from Embassy was a CYA letter said at first " MAYBE FRAUD' Then said hope by 1 month to inform my wife. I know Cambodia is known for fraud but 7 months waiting???

too bad about your dilemma .... seems a lot of people are finding partners from other countries .  Good luck !

i went to china and found myself a "sweetie" that i met on the  international personals but couldn't get him to the USA to meet my family unless i wanted him to  apply for fiance visa ..... I'm not interested in a husband from a different country ..... but it's nice having a boyfriend that i only visit once a year .  We never argue about anything ;)

all consulate are the same, and all the records are available to all consulates,why where they contradictions in both versions? you said 2 or 3 answers fraud?

do know that you are not the only ones waiting, the US has thousand of applications like yours.
