  1. He would ask them to take up their cross and follow Him.

  2. He would have the perfect answers b/c he is perfect.

    Perfect love banishes fear.

  3. My wonderful gardener Jesus, from El Salvador, would just grin, point at the questions, and say "you Americans muy loco!"

  4. he'd first look through the hole in his hand and see who the athiest was, like that lady did in romper room.......

  5. he would actually prove his existance

    **looks around for jesus' answers**

  6. He'd say "tut tut"

  7. "Forgive them father for they know not what they do"

  8. Jesus would say, "I will answer through you and what I told you to do was to imagine me as I am in Heaven before you speak for me!"  John 14 12

Then he would say, "Perhaps some of these atheists are of "Greater Works" that I spoke of in that passage, able to see me as I am in heaven with my Father and able to hear what I would say about religion in this moment of truth in your life?"

Life does not always seem FAIR!

Hi!  I am a Forgive Affirmed Spirit and this is what I profess and try to act like.

Forgive Affirmed Spirit is the belief in a way of life that is a method of grief resolution and functional communication processing involving active listenning, sympathy, empathy and affirmation of shock, denial, anger, guilt, depression, loneliness and hope...a kind of ego-equilibrium seeking methodology.

A Greater Works of communication and action, a way to learn to love your enemies "Advocating mortal life, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you AS IF YOU WERE THEM!"

And nobody is perfect!  NOBODY!  We are all judgeable, hopefully in a graceful discerning way!   We are all doing our best every moment!

Humans judge everything  as we are a part of it.  Without difference, we have nothing to live for, nothing to witness.  Sin is difference, the relative seriousness with regards to law and survival of other beings, is punishable by the courts. The best way to judge is with as much graceful discernment as one can muster in a given moment!

Life is the question(uncertainty) asked by the exhaling infinitely compacted imagination invention, or no thing, which is completely certain of everything, completely omniscient or all knowing.

When I die, I believe I will be in a new state, aware of all that is and yet divided into the nature of dust that I am in, whereupon my dust shall fall.  My being will remain an infinite part of an infinite being and infinite knowledge without my material human being status of now. So there will be a change.

But my soul, my passions and discompassions, will move on to infinite places of comfort and challenge.  Able to return to this state of uncertainty and free choice illusion for another ride when it is called effectively to do so.

So that the children of God, the creations of God, .. are actually part in parcel of that God or Creation Energy!

This  life is a roller coaster ride. Enjoy your passion within it and whatever gathering of two or more in Forgive Affirmed Spirit to make it better can garner.

Healing be unto you and yours and me and mine in

    Forgive Affirmed Spirit

  9. Well, I don't think Jesus judges people based on their belief systems.  He would only answer questions based on whether or not they are coming from a sincere heart or if the response is not going to interfere with the development of the asker.

"Spirituality," Jesus said, "is a vibratory rate, not a doctrine."

  10. He would answer their questions honestly.

  11. Well," Israel in 4 BC (or 30AD) had no mass communication" to quote Andrew Lloyd Weber and Tim Rice; but I'm sure even without the internet, he handled many who did not believe his message. I don't know how many actual atheists there were in those days; but he probably ran into some who believed in Greek or Roman gods, and the Jewish establishment who could not accept that he was the Son of God. He handled all kinds of people and all kinds of questions including maybe some ignorant ones like can be asked on the internet. He forgave them and may have converted some.

I don't know if it would work as well over the internet, but we Christians can pray for atheists and others whose postings we read.

And maybe someday, He will come back and have His own blog!

  12. He's probably say something like,

"I say to you, denying the law does not absolve you from guilt."

  13. I see Him reacting the same way He did to the Pharisees.  He was pretty direct in  telling them they were evil.

  14. Answer them in parables, because if they where to ask Him the same questions they ask Christians here, Jesus would know they are insincere with their questions.

  15. He's DEAD. He wouldn't care. There is no God!

  16. If it was an honest question, he would answer it.....as he did many times in the gospels. If it was insulting, he would have ignored it.

  17. He could probably come up with better answers than most I've encountered here.

  18. I think he would ask himself -- what would Santa do?

EDIT: If your God existed and your Jesus came back to life, I would be really disappointed if he had any time to answer questions in a meaningless forum like this one.

  19. God said in the OT that He is found by people when they seek Him with ALL their heart - how many atheists posting here are doing that do you think?

  20. Probably, "I already answered those in my book, Einstein..."

  21. people of little faith follow me.

  22. I believe Jesus would tell atheists that he loved them so much he willingly sacrificed his life for them so that there was an opportunity for them to be saved from eternal punishment. For it is not his will that they should perish, but to live forever in paradise.

  23. give lots of stars

  24. he would show them the true gospel in the bible and read 2nd corinthians chapter 4 vs 4 how satan the devil blinds the mind of those who do not believe, unless their not so smart as to understand this

  25. um... he would do the same as he did when i used to pray to him as a little girl... nothing!

  26. He would try and tell them the truth

  27. He would tell them the TRUTH!

  28. The Holy Spirit is involved to some extent in some of these answers.  He is working through us Christians to spread the Word.

  29. Remember when he walked into the temple and over turned all the tables? I think it would be something like that. But, Jesus knows what's going on. You can't hide form God.

  30. Either:

    1) Forgive us.

    2) Ignore us.

    3) Convert us.

    4) Smite us.

Doesn't matter which, really, we've got nothing to fear.

  31. If jesus was actually answering, there wouldn't be any atheists.
