What Waterpolo Work out should I do?

I need to make my legs stronger, but I don't always have access to a pool. I am 14 years old, and I play with a great club in Canada.

  1. I am 14 years old as well and I play varsity waterpolo

    And what I do is:

    Workout (arms, legs,cardio---alternate each day)

    Running/Biking is great (any cardio is a gurantee.

    Wall Sits (90 degree knees) with 25 pound wait (holding in lap) 3 sets for 1 minute each.

    Wall Jumps (best if you do these in between wall sits) 3 sets of 20 for 1-2 minutes each.

    So the order for the Wall Sits/Jumps is:

    After Workout do 1 minute Wall sit with weight then 2 minute wall jumps and alternate for 5 minutes.

    I know that seems like a lot and it may seem hard but it definetly will get you stronger.

    Note- Wall sits and jumps are best to do at end of workout!! =)

  2. run, do squats with weight on your back...basically any weight lifting for your legs
