  1. ok 1 they have barbies almost everywhere in the world. (i should know, i've lived in america, england, and the middle east.) but i actually don't think so, beauty differs from every person to the next, no matter where they live. and i don't really believe in beauty, nowadays, people expect so much in beauty, its become impossible for it to have a definition. everyone looks at beauty differently, end of story.

  2. Yes I do totally.  It's amazing how other countries have less pressure on young girls and we grow up with it everyday.  It's like we don't even realize what we are doing anymore though it's routine and just life.  Like little girls toys and Barbies?  Talk about pressure without realizing it!

  3. Without a doubt.  That's the reason why everyone wants what they don't have; because everyone has a different perception of "beautiful" and people feel the need to change their outer appearance to satisfy others.  Even people who are perceived as beautiful change their appearance.  It's a never-ending distructive cycle, I suppose.

  4. Yes most definitely. Becuz i can go to some countries and think the men or the woman are really ugly, like they're hairy or have weird noses, but then the people in that country may find them to be absolutely gorgous uk? Every magazine in America shows pictures of thin people and almost every model is stick thin, we don't see anything else, and the people on tv are almost absolutly flawless. And like the other person was saying, Barbie Dolls symbolize perfect women in everyway, which makes little girls want to be perfect becuz of their perfect role model, barbie.
