What Will IC3 Certification Do?

Will this help me get any jobs? If so, what kinds? Will this help me in college? I was just wondering all of this because I'm probably going to get certified this school year (it's a course we can take).

You might get a desktop support position for that. It's an IT Certification.

Basically this certification says that you're not a complete idiot with a computer and that you can diagnose or troubleshoot a problem... where in a call center(desktop support) you'll have tools that guide you and tell you what to inform the customer in those situations. Average starting pay for a desktop support techie is about $10-$15 depending on where you live.
